If you are in the town center of Pagudpud, you can take a tricycle to Blue Lagoon. Inform the driver that you want to go to Blue Lagoon, located at JVF5+7C9 in Pagudpud. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. The tricycle fare should be around 50 to 100 PHP, depending on your negotiation skills.

If you are coming from Laoag City, take a bus headed to Pagudpud. The bus ride will take about 2-3 hours. Once you arrive at the Pagudpud bus terminal, you can take a tricycle to Blue Lagoon. Just tell the driver to take you to JVF5+7C9, which is well-known among locals.

You can also take a van from Laoag City to Pagudpud. Vans are available at the Laoag City transport terminal and usually have a quicker travel time than buses, roughly around 1.5-2 hours. After reaching Pagudpud, hire a tricycle to take you to Blue Lagoon at JVF5+7C9.

If you are already staying near the beach areas in Pagudpud, you can walk to Blue Lagoon. From Saud Beach, follow the coast heading north. The walk will be approximately 30-45 minutes depending on your walking speed. Just keep the beach on your left and look for signs directing you towards Blue Lagoon.
