The ride should take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to tell the driver to drop you off at the entrance of the view deck.

From the Legazpi City central market, take a jeepney heading towards Tabaco. Look for a jeepney with a sign that says 'Tabaco City'. The fare is usually around 20 PHP. Once you arrive at the Tabaco City terminal, you can take a tricycle to the Mayon Skyline View Deck. Just ask the tricycle driver to take you directly to the view deck. The tricycle ride will take about 10-15 minutes.
