Public Jeepney

From Legazpi City, head to the main jeepney terminal located near the Albay District Hospital. Look for a jeepney bound for Daraga; they are usually labeled with their destination. Board the jeepney and enjoy the ride, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you are going to Cagsawa Ruins, and they will drop you off at the nearest stop. From there, follow the signs to Cagsawa Ruins, which is about a 10-minute walk.
