If you are starting from Legazpi City proper, head towards the direction of Rizal Street. Walk along Rizal Street until you reach the intersection with F. Aquende Drive. Turn left onto F. Aquende Drive. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. You will see the Albay Astrodome Complex on your right. The Albay Provincial Tourism, Culture, and the Arts Office is located within the Albay Tourism Building at the complex.
