If you are driving, head to Blue Lagoon by taking the National Highway (also known as Maharlika Highway). From the center of Pagudpud, head north on the National Highway towards Burgos. Continue driving for approximately 15 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs leading to Blue Lagoon (also known as Saud Beach), and follow the road until you reach the JVF5+7C9 coordinates. There is parking available near the beach, which is typically free.

Public Transportation - Bus
To reach Blue Lagoon via public transport, you can take a bus from the Pagudpud bus terminal. Look for buses heading towards Laoag or Vigan, as they will pass through Pagudpud. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at Blue Lagoon or Saud Beach. The fare is usually around PHP 30-50, depending on the bus line. Once you arrive at the nearest drop-off point, you may need to walk approximately 500 meters to reach Blue Lagoon.
