Car
If you are driving from Alona Beach, head southeast on Alona Beach Road towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the junction at the main road (Purok 4). Turn left onto the road heading towards the direction of Tawala. Continue for about 2 kilometers until you reach a fork; take the right fork to stay on the main road. Follow the road until you reach Sitio Momo. Bil-isan Public Beach will be on your left side, just after the local residential area. There is no entrance fee, and parking is available along the roadside.

Public Transportation (Tricycle)
From Alona Beach, you can take a tricycle to Bil-isan Public Beach. Simply tell the driver 'Bil-isan Beach,' and they will know the location. The fare should be around 100-150 PHP per person, depending on negotiation. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive, you may need to walk a short distance to the beach area itself.

Public Transportation (Van)
If you are coming from Tagbilaran City, take a van heading to Panglao Island. The vans leave from the Tagbilaran terminal and cost about 50 PHP per person. Ask the driver to drop you off at the junction near Tawala. From there, you can either walk (approximately 30 minutes) or take a tricycle for a small fee (around 50 PHP) to reach Bil-isan Public Beach.
