Walking
If you're starting from the Puerto Princesa City Hall, head south on Rizal Avenue towards H. Mendoza Street. After about 600 meters, you will reach the intersection with H. Mendoza Street. Turn left onto H. Mendoza Street, and continue walking for about 300 meters. Mendoza Park will be on your right at 18 Heginio, H. Mendoza St. Look for the entrance marked with the park's name.

If you're near the Puerto Princesa Airport, you can take a tricycle directly to Mendoza Park. Just inform the driver to take you to 'Mendoza Park' on H. Mendoza Street. The ride should take around 15 minutes, depending on traffic. The fare typically ranges from 50 to 100 PHP. Once you arrive, the park will be on your left at 18 Heginio, H. Mendoza St.
Jeepney
From the Puerto Princesa Bus Terminal, board a jeepney heading towards the Puerto Princesa City proper. You need to get off at the Rizal Avenue stop. From there, walk south along Rizal Avenue towards H. Mendoza Street. After about 600 meters, turn left onto H. Mendoza Street. Continue for 300 meters, and Mendoza Park will be on your right at 18 Heginio, H. Mendoza St.
