If you're starting from the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, head towards the main road, Rizal Highway. Walk along Rizal Highway heading north until you reach the intersection with Ilanin Road. Turn left onto Ilanin Road and continue walking straight. Follow the road for approximately 1 kilometer. You should see signs pointing to Sea Lion Stadium along the way. The stadium is located at Q772+RR8, Ilanin Rd, which is on your right. It is within the Ilanin Forest West area.

From your location in Subic, look for a nearby tricycle terminal or flag down a tricycle. Tell the driver you want to go to Sea Lion Stadium. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will take you directly to the stadium entrance located on Ilanin Road.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a nearby rental shop in Subic. Start from the rental location and make your way to Rizal Highway. Cycle north along Rizal Highway until you reach the Ilanin Road intersection. Turn left onto Ilanin Road and continue cycling for about 1 kilometer.
