If you are in the central area of Tagaytay, start from the famous Ayala Malls Serin. Head south on Aguinaldo Highway until you reach the intersection with Tagaytay-Calamba Road. Turn left onto Tagaytay-Calamba Road and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and restaurants. As you approach the Taal Vista Hotel, keep an eye out for a small path along the side of the road leading to Taal Lake Viewpoint 4. Follow the path, which will lead you directly to the viewpoint.

From any location in Tagaytay, you can hail a tricycle to take you to Taal Lake Viewpoint 4. Provide the driver with the address '4X3C+CQ, Tagaytay, Cavite.' The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The tricycle will drop you off near the entrance of the viewpoint. Make sure to confirm the drop-off point with the driver, as there may be several access points to the viewpoint.
