From Calle Crisologo, head towards Plaza Salcedo, which is about a 10-minute walk. Once you reach Plaza Salcedo, you will see the Vigan Cathedral. From the cathedral, walk towards the main road (Rizal Avenue) and look for the signage directing you towards Baluarte Hills. Continue along Rizal Avenue for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Baluarte Hills on your right. The total walking distance is approximately 2 kilometers and should take around 30 minutes.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a tricycle from anywhere in Vigan. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Baluarte Hills, which is a well-known destination. The fare should be around 20-30 PHP per person, depending on your starting point. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes from the city center.
