From the center of Vigan, locate the popular Calle Crisologo, which is a famous heritage street filled with shops and restaurants. From Calle Crisologo, head towards Plaza Salcedo, which is about a 10-minute walk. Once you reach Plaza Salcedo, you will see the Vigan Cathedral. From the cathedral, walk towards the main road (Rizal Avenue) and look for the signage directing you towards Baluarte Hills. Continue along Rizal Avenue for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Baluarte Hills on your right. The total walking distance is approximately 2 kilometers and should take around 30 minutes.

Tricycle
If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a tricycle from anywhere in Vigan. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Baluarte Hills, which is a well-known destination. The fare should be around 20-30 PHP per person, depending on your starting point. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes from the city center. Just make sure to confirm with the driver that they know the location, as it is a popular tourist spot.

Bicycle Rental
For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Vigan. Start your journey from Calle Crisologo and head towards Plaza Salcedo. From there, take Rizal Avenue heading south. Follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers. Baluarte Hills will be on your right. This route is mostly flat and is suitable for all cycling skill levels. Expect to spend around 15-20 minutes cycling to reach your destination.
