Head southeast towards the Plaza Salcedo, which is the town square. Walk past the plaza, and you will see the Vigan Cathedral on your left. Continue along the main road until you reach the intersection near the Vigan Convention Center. Turn left onto Vicente S. Paterno Street. Follow this road until you see the signs for Divine World College on your right. Bicentennial Park is located adjacent to the Grade School Building of Divine World College. The park is a short walk from the main road.
