If you are in the heart of Vigan, start at the Vigan Cathedral (also known as the Cathedral of St. Paul the Apostle) located at Plaza Salcedo. From the Cathedral, head east along Calle Crisologo, a famous heritage street lined with preserved Spanish colonial houses. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Quezon Avenue. Turn left onto Quezon Avenue and continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will see the Vigan Welcome Arc on your right, just before the Bantay Church.

Tricycle
If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a tricycle from any point in Vigan. Simply flag down a tricycle and tell the driver you want to go to the 'Vigan Welcome Arc' or 'Quezon Avenue'. The ride should take around 10 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right at the Welcome Arc, which is a well-known landmark.

For a more active approach, consider renting a bicycle from one of the local shops in Vigan. Start from Plaza Salcedo and take Calle Crisologo towards the east. After about 15 minutes of cycling, turn left onto Quezon Avenue. Continue cycling for another 5 minutes, and you will find the Vigan Welcome Arc on your right side.
