If you are starting from the city center, head east on San Jose Road towards La Purisima Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Cawa-Cawa Boulevard. Turn left onto Cawa-Cawa Boulevard and walk along the waterfront. Follow Cawa-Cawa Boulevard as it curves toward the right, and keep an eye out for local shops and food stalls along the way. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the RT Lim Boulevard Viewing Deck on your left. Look for the entrance marked by signage along the boulevard.

From anywhere in Zamboanga City, you can easily catch a tricycle to RT Lim Boulevard. Just tell the driver 'RT Lim Boulevard Viewing Deck' or show them the address: W349+WF8, Zamboanga, 7000 Zamboanga del Sur. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The tricycle will drop you off directly at the entrance of the viewing deck.
