Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Main Market Square (Rynek Główny), head southeast towards the Church of St. Mary (Kościół Mariacki). From there, continue on Grodzka Street until you reach the Vistula River. Turn left and follow the riverbank, enjoying the scenic views. After about a 15-minute walk, you will come to the Wawel Castle. Keep walking along the river until you reach the Skałeczna Street junction. Turn left onto Skałeczna Street, and continue walking for about 200 meters. The Basilica of St. Michael the Archangel will be located on your right at Skałeczna 15.

  • Public Transport

    From the Main Market Square, make your way to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Teatr Słowackiego.' Take tram line 3 or 5 in the direction of 'Czerwone Maki.' After 5 stops, get off at 'Salwator' stop. From there, walk straight down the street for about 10 minutes, crossing the Vistula River. Continue straight until you reach Skałeczna Street, then turn left. The Basilica of St. Michael the Archangel will be located on your right at Skałeczna 15.
