If you are in the central part of Nowa Huta, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is usually 'Kraków Nowa Huta'. From there, take tram line 21 towards 'Kraków Główny'. After approximately 10-15 minutes, you will need to get off at the 'Osiedle Szkolne' stop. From this stop, Park Szwedzki is about a 10-minute walk away.

After getting off at the 'Osiedle Szkolne' stop, head east on Ulica Szkolna. Continue straight until you reach Ulica Szwedzka. Turn right on Ulica Szwedzka and walk straight for about 500 meters until you see the entrance to Park Szwedzki on your left.
