From the Lublin Old Town, walk to the nearest bus stop, 'Lublin, Staromiejskie'. Take bus number 5 or 13 towards 'Czuby'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Czuby' stop. Walk back along the road for about 150 meters, then turn right onto Aleje Racławickie. Continue walking straight for about 300 meters, and you will arrive at Saxon Garden on your left at Aleje Racławickie 14.
Cycling
If you have access to a bike, start from the city center and head east on Aleje Racławickie. Follow the bike lanes, and you will enjoy a scenic ride. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Saxon Garden, which will be on your left at Aleje Racławickie 14. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
