Getting There

  To reach Zamek Pieniński via public transport, take a bus to Krościenko nad Dunajcem from nearby towns such as Nowy Targ or Szczawnica. Once you arrive at the Krościenko bus stop, you can either walk to the center (about 10 minutes) or take a local taxi if you prefer not to walk. From the town center, follow signs to the river and take the walking trail to the castle, which is about a 20-30 minute hike.

  If you are already in Krościenko nad Dunajcem, you can easily walk to Zamek Pieniński. Head towards the river Dunajec and look for the marked trail that leads to the castle.
