Public Transport
If you're starting from the Poznań Main Train Station (Poznań Główny), take tram number 12 or 14 towards the direction of 'Os. Lechitów'. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Rondo Kaponiera' stop. From there, transfer to tram number 1 towards 'Starołęka'. Ride for 6 stops and get off at 'Śródka'. Then, walk for about 5 minutes eastward on ul. Śródka until you reach rynek Śródecki. The church will be on your right.
