Getting There

  • Public Transport

    If you're starting from the Poznań Główny Train Station, take tram line 1 or 2 from the station towards the city center. Get off at the 'Stary Browar' stop. From there, switch to tram line 6 towards 'Os. Lecha'. Get off at 'Cytadela' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk along aleja Armii Poznań for a few minutes, and you will reach the entrance to Park Cytadela.

    If you are in the Stare Miasto (Old Town) area, head towards the main square (Rynek). From the square, walk west on ul. Wrocławska, then turn left onto ul. Północna. Continue straight until you reach aleja Armii Poznań, and then turn right. Walk along aleja Armii Poznań for about 15 minutes, and you will arrive at Park Cytadela.

    For those who prefer cycling, Poznań has a bike-sharing program. Find a nearby bike station and rent a bike. Start from the city center and head towards the river along the bike paths.
