After approximately 10 minutes, get off at "Rondo Starołęka". From there, switch to bus line 63. Board the bus and ride for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop "Fort IV Hake". The fort is a short walk from the bus stop, follow the signs leading towards the fort.

If you prefer walking and are in the vicinity of the fort, navigate to the address 61-017 Poznań. Start from a known landmark such as the Malta Lake. Head northwest along the path towards the eastern edge of the lake and continue straight until you reach the intersection with 'Główna' street. Turn left on Główna and walk about 1 km until you see the fort on your right. The walk takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
