From the Poznań Główny train station, take bus number 60 towards 'Czerniejewo'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Al. Niepodległości' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the Katyń Monument. Head west on Al. Niepodległości Street, and you will find the monument at the specified address.
