Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Roztocze region. Use the local roads to head towards Józefów. The most common route is to take the DK17 road towards Zamość, then take the exit for Józefów. Follow the signs for the city center. Once you reach Józefów, look for signs directing you to Baszta Widokowa. There is limited parking available near the site.

• Public Transportation

  If you prefer public transportation, you can catch a bus from major towns in the Roztocze region such as Zamość or Tomaszów Lubelski to Józefów. Check the local bus schedules for the most convenient times. Once you arrive at the Józefów bus station, you can either walk to Baszta Widokowa, which is approximately a 15-minute walk (1.2 km) from the station, or take a local taxi, which should cost around 15-20 PLN.

• Walking

  If you find yourself in Józefów and prefer walking, from the bus station head southwest on ul. 3 Maja. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with ul. Kościuszki.   For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from anywhere in Józefów to Baszta Widokowa. Taxis are readily available, and the fare should not exceed 20 PLN, depending on your starting point in the city.
