If you are starting from the center of Suwałki, head east on ul. Noniewicza towards ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki. Turn left onto ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki and walk for another 200 meters. The entrance to the Park of the Constitution of 3 May 1791 will be on your right.

If you are coming from the Suwałki Railway Station, exit the station and head southwest on ul. Dworcowa. Follow this road until it merges into ul. Noniewicza. Continue walking along ul.
