Get off at the 'Rondo ONZ' stop. From there, walk straight down ul. Świętokrzyska until you reach al. 'Solidarności'. Turn left and walk for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Dom im. Jana Łaskiego at al. 'Solidarności' 76A.

If you are near the 'Złote Tarasy' shopping center, head to the nearby tram stop called 'Złote Tarasy'. Take Tram number 20 or 24 heading towards 'Kampinoska'. After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Wola Park' tram stop. From there, walk 5 minutes down ul. 'Solidarności' until you reach Dom im. Jana Łaskiego at al. 'Solidarności' 76A.
