Follow this road until you reach plac Grunwaldzki, which will be on your left side after crossing the Odra River. The distance is approximately 1.5 km and should take you around 20 minutes.

From Wrocław Main Station (Dworzec Główny), take tram line 2 or 10 towards 'Księże Małe' or 'Leśnica'. Get off at 'Grunwaldzki' stop after 4 stops. Once you exit the tram, you will find plac Grunwaldzki in front of you. The journey takes about 15 minutes.
