You can take the bus number 100 or 106 towards Wrocław Główny (the main train station). Get off at the 'Pocztowa' stop. From there, walk back towards Jana Ewangelisty Purkyniego Street, and follow the earlier walking directions for a 5-minute walk to reach Bastion Ceglarski. Note that a single bus ticket costs approximately 3.40 PLN.
