Walking
If you are in the center of Zakopane, start at Krupówki Street, the main pedestrian street. Walk towards the southern end of Krupówki until you reach the intersection with ul. Zamoyskiego. Turn left onto ul. Zamoyskiego. Continue walking straight for about 20 minutes until you reach the base of Gubałówka Hill. Look for the Gubałówka funicular station on your right. You can purchase tickets for the funicular here, which will take you directly to the top of Gubałówka.

From the center of Zakopane, head to the nearest bus stop, which is typically located along Krupówki Street. Look for bus line 11, which goes towards Gubałówka. Board the bus and enjoy the ride as you travel towards the hill. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the Gubałówka station stop. From there, follow the signs to the Gubałówka funicular station, where you can purchase your ticket to ascend the mountain.

If you prefer not to walk or take the bus, you can easily find a taxi in the center of Zakopane. Simply look for a taxi stand or hail one on the street.
