Car
From the center of Arrábida Natural Park, head north on the N379 road towards Setúbal. Continue on the N379 until you reach the A2 motorway. Merge onto the A2 and follow the signs towards Lisbon. After approximately 30 km, take exit 3 towards the A1 and continue towards Lisbon. Once in Lisbon, follow the signs for Av. Almirante Reis. Turn right onto R. Heliodoro Salgado. The Compadre Cooking School will be on your left at number 14.

Public Transportation
Start by taking a bus from Arrábida Natural Park to Setúbal. Once in Setúbal, transfer to the train station and take a train towards Lisbon (Cais do Sodré line). After arriving at Lisbon, you can either walk to R. Heliodoro Salgado or take the metro. If walking, head north on Rua da Prata, then turn left onto Rua do Comércio. Continue straight until you reach Av. Almirante Reis, and then turn right onto R. Heliodoro Salgado. The Compadre Cooking School will be at number 14.
