If you are starting from the Évora Cathedral, head south on Rua de Serpa Pinto. Continue straight until you reach the Praça do Giraldo, the main square in Évora. From the square, walk along Rua 5 de Outubro, passing by local shops and cafes. After about 5 minutes, turn right onto Rua do Raimundo. Continue walking straight for about 100 meters, and you will see Porta do Raimundo on your left.
