Turn right onto Rua da Misericórdia and continue until you see Largo do Carmo on your left. The Capela dos Ossos de Faro is located at Largo do Carmo 21, just a short walk from this point.

From the Faro bus station, take Bus Number 14 towards 'Praia de Faro'. Get off at the 'Carmo' stop, which is the closest stop to Capela dos Ossos de Faro. After exiting the bus, walk a short distance to Largo do Carmo. The chapel is located at Largo do Carmo 21. The journey takes about 15 minutes.
