Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at 'Pêra' as this is the closest stop to Lagoa dos Salgados. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Pêra, exit the bus and walk in the direction of Lagoa dos Salgados, which is about a 20-minute walk. Follow the signs towards the lagoon, and you will find paths leading to it.

From Faro, take a train to Silves. The train station in Faro is close to the city center, and trains to Silves run regularly. Once you arrive in Silves, head to the bus stop outside the train station and take a local bus heading toward Albufeira/Pêra. Inform the bus driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Lagoa dos Salgados. After getting off, it is about a 15-minute walk to the lagoon, following the coastal paths.
