    Starting from the Faro city center, head towards the main bus terminal, Terminal Rodoviário de Faro. Exit the terminal and walk towards Avenida da República. From Avenida da República, continue straight to the end of the road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida 5 de Outubro. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the waterfront area near the Ria Formosa. Follow the waterfront path, which will lead you towards the entrance of Parque Natural da Ria Formosa.
