From Lisbon, you can take the 728 bus from the Praça do Comércio towards the Campo de Ourique. Get off at the 'Sete Rios' bus terminal, which is a main hub. From here, take the Scotturb bus number 403 or 417 towards Sintra. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Sintra, get off at the 'Santa Eufémia' stop. The Miradouro de Santa Eufémia will be a short walk from there.
