Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Belém, the easiest way to reach Jardim da Torre de Belém is by walking. Head towards the riverfront along Avenida Brasília. Look for the large, distinctive Torre de Belém, which is a prominent landmark in the area. The garden is situated just adjacent to the tower, offering beautiful views of the Tagus River. If you are further away in Belém, you can take the tram. Catch tram number 15E from the Belém tram station. Ride the tram until you reach the 'Belém' stop. From there, exit the tram and walk towards the river along Avenida da Índia. Continue walking until you reach the junction with Avenida Brasília. Turn left on Avenida Brasília, and you will see Jardim da Torre de Belém across from the Torre de Belém. This journey will take around 15-20 minutes, depending on tram frequency and walking speed.

For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services available in Belém. Head towards the river along the dedicated bike lanes on Avenida da Índia. Continue until you reach the junction with Avenida Brasília. Turn left on Avenida Brasília, and you will find Jardim da Torre de Belém shortly after. Riding a bike will take about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point.
