    From the center of Ponte de Lima, head east towards Rua da Alegria. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the bridge over the Lima River. Cross the bridge and follow the path that leads to the riverside. After crossing the bridge, turn left and follow the riverbank trail for approximately 2 kilometers. You will see signs directing you towards Caniçada. Keep walking along the scenic path, which will lead you through beautiful landscapes. Once you reach the fork in the path, take the right path that leads uphill towards Caniçada. After about 1 kilometer of walking, you will arrive at the village of Caniçada.

    Start at the main bus terminal in Ponte de Lima, located near the center. Look for the bus service heading towards Caniçada. Buses run approximately every hour. Once you board the bus, enjoy the scenic ride which takes about 30 minutes to reach Caniçada. After arriving, disembark at the bus stop in the village center, from where you can explore the area on foot.
