Walking
From the Setúbal train station, head northwest on Rua da Liberdade. Continue straight onto Avenida 5 de Outubro. After about 300 meters, turn right onto Avenida da República. Walk for 700 meters until you reach the Setúbal ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Lisbon, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Once in Lisbon, follow the signs to exit the ferry terminal and walk towards Praça do Comércio. From there, head north on Rua da Prata, which will lead you to Rua da Conceição. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua do Comércio. Turn left onto Rua do Comércio and follow it until you reach Calçada do Combro.

Public Transport
From Setúbal, walk to the bus station located near Praça do Brasil. Take the bus number 570 towards Lisbon. The bus journey will take about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Lisbon bus terminal (Sete Rios), transfer to the metro. Take the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia and get off at the Baixa-Chiado station. From there, exit the metro station and walk towards Praça do Comércio. Then, proceed north on Rua da Prata until you reach Rua do Comércio. Turn left on Rua do Comércio and continue until you reach Calçada do Combro.
