Once you arrive at Praia da Comporta, head to the bus stop outside the station. Take the bus towards Melides, which runs regularly. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Melides stop, and from there, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or take a taxi to Lagoa de Melides.
