From Sintra center, walk to the Sintra bus station located near the train station. Take the bus number 440 towards Lourinhã. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Lourinhã - Av. de Moçambique'. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes straight along Av. de Moçambique until you reach your destination on the left.

From Sintra train station, take a train to Obidos. Once you arrive at Obidos, transfer to the bus service that goes to Lourinhã. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as the frequency may vary. After reaching the Lourinhã bus terminal, walk to Av. de Moçambique, which is about a 10-minute walk straight down the main road until you see Adega Cooperativa da Lourinhã on your left.

If you are near the center of Sintra, you can walk to the bus station and then take the bus to Lourinhã as indicated above. Alternatively, if you feel adventurous and it's a pleasant day, consider walking to Lourinhã directly, which is approximately a 10 km journey and will take around 2 hours. Start by heading west on Rua Dr. Alfredo da Costa, then continue onto Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda, following the signs towards Lourinhã.
