    From the Sintra train station, exit and turn left onto Av. Dr. Miguel Bombarda. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto R. do Moinho and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Palácio Nacional de Sintra. From there, follow the signs towards the historic center of Sintra. Once in the historic center, head towards Rua da Padaria. You will find local signs directing you towards public transport options to Lisbon. Take the bus or tram towards Lisbon, and then follow the signs to Bairro Alto.

    From the Sintra train station, look for the bus stop located just outside the station. Take the bus number 434 towards the historic center of Sintra. Get off at the last stop, which is the Sintra center. From there, you can catch a bus (number 28) or tram to Lisbon. The trip will take approximately 30 minutes. Once in Lisbon, head to the Bairro Alto area, where you can explore the vibrant streets and enjoy the local atmosphere.

    From Sintra, take the train to Lisbon at the Sintra train station. Purchase a ticket to Rossio station in Lisbon. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Head up Rua do Carmo and follow the signs to Bairro Alto.
