From the Sintra train station, take the bus line 434, which goes directly to the main attractions including the 'Palácio Nacional de Sintra'. After getting off at the palace stop, walk towards 'Volta do Duche', which is a short distance away. Follow the pathway indicated by local signs. The bus ride is approximately 10 minutes, and buses run frequently throughout the day.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from vendors near the Sintra train station. From the station, cycle down Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda towards the city center. After exploring the center, head towards the 'Palácio Nacional de Sintra'. The route is mostly downhill, and once you reach the palace, follow the signs towards 'Volta do Duche'. Be cautious as some paths may be steep.
Taxi
If you're looking for a quicker option, you can easily find a taxi at the Sintra train station. Ask the driver to take you to 'Volta do Duche'. The ride will take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Just ensure that the driver understands your destination.
