If you are in the center of Tomar, start at the Praça da República. Head north on Rua da Liberdade until you reach the main intersection. Take a right onto Rua de João dos Santos. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Avenida do Centeio. Cross the road and continue straight onto Rua de São Sebastião, which will lead you to the river. Once you reach the river, turn left onto the riverside path. Follow the path along the river until you reach the footbridge that crosses the river. After crossing, turn left and continue straight for about 10 minutes. You will reach Largo Pedro Álvares Cabral where the Igreja de Santa Maria da Graça is located.

From Tomar, you can take a train to Santarém. Head to the Tomar train station, which is located on Avenida de Cima. Purchase a ticket to Santarém. The train ride takes about 30 minutes.
