Start at the Tomar train station (Estação da CP de Tomar). Exit the station and head southwest on Avenida Dr. Vieira Guimarães. Continue walking for about 1.5 km. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will reach your destination, Seven Hills National Forest, located at Avenida Dr. Vieira Guimarães 1, Tomar.

From Tomar train station, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located just outside the station. Take Bus Line 1 (Linha 1) in the direction of the city center.
