Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from Arecibo Observatory, start by exiting the observatory parking lot and head south on PR-10. Continue on PR-10 for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with PR-2. Turn left onto PR-2 and follow it for approximately 15 miles. You will then merge onto PR-26 towards San Juan. Stay on PR-26 for about 20 miles and take the exit towards Caguas/Carolina. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. Campo Rico. Turn left onto Av. Campo Rico, and after about 3 miles, turn right onto CXPQ+R5G. AeroParque will be on your right. The total drive should take around 1 hour depending on traffic.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, start by taking a local bus from Arecibo Observatory to the Arecibo Bus Terminal. From there, you can catch a bus to San Juan. Once in San Juan, transfer to a bus heading to Carolina. After arriving in Carolina, you may need to take a taxi or a rideshare service to reach AeroParque, as it is not directly accessible by public transport. Be aware that the total travel time can vary widely, so plan for at least 2 to 3 hours, and check local bus schedules for current operating times and routes.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  If you prefer a more direct approach, you can call a taxi or use a rideshare app from Arecibo Observatory. Simply provide the driver with the address CXPQ+R5G, Carolina, 00979. This option is more expensive but will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions. Ensure you confirm the fare before starting your ride.
