Start at the main plaza in Rincon, located at the intersection of Calle 115 and Calle Munoz Rivera. From the plaza, head southwest on Calle Munoz Rivera until you reach the intersection with Highway 115. Cross carefully and continue along the sidewalk. Follow Highway 115 for about 1 mile, and then turn left onto Calle Black Eagle Rd. Walk straight for about 0.3 miles, and you will find Black Eagle Beach at 564 Black Eagle Rd. Follow the signs along the path leading to the beach access.

Bicycle
If you have a bicycle, start at the Rincon Lighthouse. Ride east along Route 115. Continue for approximately 1.2 miles until you reach the intersection with Calle Black Eagle Rd. Turn left onto Calle Black Eagle Rd and pedal straight for about 0.3 miles. Black Eagle Beach will be on your right at 564 Black Eagle Rd. Look for the sign marking the beach access.

Public Transportation
From any central location in Rincon, take the local bus that runs along Route 115. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Black Eagle Rd. Once you get off, walk along Route 115 heading west for about 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Calle Black Eagle Rd and walk straight for another 0.3 miles. Black Eagle Beach will be located at 564 Black Eagle Rd. Follow the path to reach the beach.
