Car
From Al Thakira Mangroves, head west on the main road towards the Al Zubara Fort. Follow the signs towards Route 5 (Qatar Route 5) and merge onto it. Continue driving for approximately 40 kilometers. Take the exit towards Al Zubara and follow the signs to Al Zubara Fort. The fort is located at latitude 25.9768709 and longitude 51.045466. There is no entry fee to visit the fort.

Public Transportation
Take a local bus from Al Thakira Mangroves to the nearest major bus terminal. From there, catch a bus heading towards Al Zubara. The buses may not run frequently, so be sure to check the schedule in advance. Once you arrive at Al Zubara, you will need to take a short taxi ride to reach Al Zubara Fort, which is approximately 5 kilometers away from the bus stop. The taxi fare should be around 10-20 QAR.
