If you are starting from the Block Island Ferry Terminal, exit the terminal and head south on Water Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ocean Avenue. Turn left onto Ocean Avenue and follow it for about a mile. The Block Island Maritime Institute will be on your right at 216 Ocean Ave. Look for the sign and entrance.
