If you're starting from the Block Island Ferry Terminal, head south on Water Street towards the intersection with Chapel Street. Turn left onto Chapel Street and continue straight for about 0.2 miles until you reach the intersection with Dodge Street. Turn right onto Dodge Street, and then take the first left onto Water Street. Continue straight for about 0.3 miles, and you will see Fort Rachel Marina on your left at 44 Water St.

From the Block Island Ferry Terminal, rent a bike and head south on Water Street. Follow the same route as walking: Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Chapel Street. Turn left onto Chapel Street, then right onto Dodge Street. After that, take the first left onto Water Street. Fort Rachel Marina is about 0.5 miles down Water Street on your left.
