    From the Block Island Ferry terminal, head east on Water Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Chapel Street. Turn right onto Chapel Street and follow it as it curves into Ocean Avenue. Stay on Ocean Avenue for about 0.6 miles until you reach the intersection with Corn Neck Road. From there, you can take a ferry to Newport, which is the closest access point to Hammersmith Farm. Once in Newport, follow Harrison Avenue to reach your destination.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near the Block Island Ferry terminal. Start by heading east on Water Street, then turn right onto Chapel Street. Continue until you reach Ocean Avenue, and turn left. Follow Ocean Avenue for 0.6 miles and then take Corn Neck Road to the ferry terminal.
