Start at the main entrance of Burlingame State Park, located at 1 Burlingame State Park Road, Charlestown, RI 02813. Head northwest on Burlingame State Park Road toward US-1. Merge onto US-1 N and continue for approximately 12 miles. Take exit 1B for RI-78 W toward Westerly. Continue on RI-78 W, which will merge into US-1 N. Follow US-1 N for about 5 miles, then turn right onto Main Street in Westerly. Continue on Main Street for about 0.5 miles, and you will arrive at the Westerly Downtown Historic District, located at Westerly, RI 02891. Parking is available along Main Street and in several public lots.
