From Napatree Point Conservation Area, head northwest on Napatree Rd toward Watch Hill Rd. Continue on Watch Hill Rd for about 1 mile, then turn left onto Route 1 (Post Rd). Follow Route 1 for approximately 6 miles until you reach the interchange for I-95 N. Merge onto I-95 N and continue for about 10 miles. Take exit 90 for CT-27 toward Mystic. Merge onto CT-27 and follow the signs for Mystic Aquarium. The aquarium will be on your right at 55 Coogan Blvd, Mystic, CT 06355. Parking is available on-site, and there may be a parking fee.
